Customer orders are cash on delivery. Members pay nothing per order; the only payment to Sellzy is the one-time membership.

Returns to origin are on us, so a returned parcel does not eat into a member’s margin.

Every order has a status you can follow from your dashboard: placed, packed, shipped, delivered or returned.
