These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Sellzy and its services. By joining Sellzy or using the website, you agree to these terms.

Sellzy membership is offered as a one-time payment of ₹5,000. Membership provides access to the product catalogue and fulfilment services as described on the website. There are no monthly subscription fees.

Members are responsible for how they list, market and sell products through their own channels, for the accuracy of order details submitted to Sellzy, and for complying with applicable laws.

Sellzy handles fulfilment and shipping for orders submitted by members through the platform, subject to product availability and the Shipping/Fulfilment Policy.

Return to Origin (RTO) charges are ₹0 for Sellzy members, as described on the website. Other costs, if any, will be communicated within the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use the services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Sellzy provides the platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
