Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Sellzy membership is a one-time payment of ₹5,000. Before requesting a refund, please review the services included with membership as described on the website.

Refund eligibility for the membership fee depends on whether platform access and services have been availed. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer laws.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact our support team with your registered details and payment reference.

Orders submitted for fulfilment may be cancelled before they are dispatched, subject to processing status. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or UPI provider.
